This notice explains the current inquiry workflow in plain language so you can make an informed submission decision.

The inquiry data route

Nothing is sent to AWARMDA while you are only editing a local draft. Transmission begins when verification or file upload is requested and when you submit the inquiry.

  1. LOCAL

    Browser draft

Your structured RFQ draft may be saved in this browser for up to 30 days. You can clear it by completing a successful submission or clearing this site's browser storage.

  2. CHECK

    Security verification

The verification service checks whether the submission is legitimate. Limited browser and request signals may be processed for abuse prevention.

  3. STORE

    Inquiry record

After submission, contact, company, project, configuration, and attachment metadata are stored as an inquiry record. Selected files are stored in private attachment storage.

  4. REVIEW

    Authorized review

Authorized AWARMDA operations and sales users use the record to review the project, follow up, prepare a quotation, and maintain operational history.

01

Information you choose to provide

The form can collect your name, business email, phone or messaging contact, company and market details, product requirements, quantities, timeline, budget range, notes, and selected reference files.

  • Contact and company details
  • Project and configuration requirements
  • Drawings, images, PDFs, and their file metadata
  • Submission source, language, and anti-abuse signals
02

Why the information is used

AWARMDA uses inquiry information to understand the requested product, assess feasibility, contact you about the inquiry, prepare project or quotation follow-up, protect the service from abuse, and keep an internal operating record.

  • No automatic engineering validation is implied by submission
  • No marketing subscription is created by this form
  • Information is not presented as a public case study without separate agreement
03

Attachments and unfinished submissions

Attachments use a private, time-limited upload path. A file can be transferred before the final inquiry is submitted. An upload without a completed inquiry becomes eligible for controlled orphan cleanup after six hours; this is not a guarantee of deletion at that exact time. If you do not receive an inquiry reference, contact AWARMDA with the approximate upload time and filename.

04

Retention and requests

Submitted inquiry records and successful attachments are scheduled for retention until three years after the related contract ends. If no contract is formed, AWARMDA reviews the record when the inquiry closes and retains it only as reasonably needed for inquiry handling, security, disputes, and applicable recordkeeping.

You may ask AWARMDA to access, correct, or delete inquiry information at awarmda@outlook.com. Include the public inquiry reference when available; do not resend confidential files merely to identify the request. AWARMDA aims to acknowledge the request within three days.

05

Service boundaries

The workflow uses Vercel for hosting, Supabase for the database and private file storage, Cloudflare Turnstile for security verification, and Resend for inquiry notification. Those providers process the information needed for their part of the workflow under their service arrangements.

This page documents the application's current behavior. Read the Privacy Policy for the operator, rights, retention, and provider disclosures, and the Website Terms for the rules governing RFQs and uploaded material.
