WEBSITE TERMS / B2B USE
These terms apply to this business-to-business website and its inquiry tools. They do not replace a separately signed quotation, purchase order, development agreement, or supply contract.

The AWARMDA website is operated by 白沟新城容仁箱包销售部 (Baigou New City Rongren Luggage Sales Department), at Baigou Town, Gaobeidian City, Baoding, Hebei, China. AWARMDA is the operator's brand.
By using the inquiry tools and confirming submission, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the privacy policy and inquiry data notice. If you act for a company, you confirm that you are authorized to submit the inquiry for that company.
The site presents delivery gear, thermal-control product platforms, engineering scenarios, and OEM/ODM inquiry routes for business buyers. Website content is general product-discovery and project-discussion material, not engineering approval, certification, investment advice, or a promise that a particular configuration is suitable for a specific use.
An RFQ, uploaded brief, inquiry reference, automated acknowledgement, discussion, estimate, or website price indication is an invitation to discuss and is not a binding quotation, acceptance, or supply contract.
A binding commitment exists only when authorized parties agree it in a separate written document. That written agreement controls if it conflicts with these website terms. Technical feasibility, validation scope, quantity, tooling, samples, price, taxes, shipping, lead time, warranty, and acceptance criteria remain subject to project-specific written confirmation.
Product dimensions, materials, structures, illustrations, capabilities, lead times, and other website information must be validated for the relevant project. AWARMDA will not change published website terms or material site information without notice; updates will be identified by an updated date or visible notice.
Website updates do not retroactively change an accepted written quotation or signed agreement. Project-specific changes require the process stated in the relevant written agreement.
Unless otherwise identified, the AWARMDA name, site text, page structure, graphics, product-system descriptions, and original site materials are owned by or licensed to the operator. You may view and share links for legitimate business evaluation, but may not commercially reproduce, remove attribution from, scrape for republication, or create misleading derivative use without permission.
You retain ownership of material you submit. You confirm that you have the right to provide it and grant AWARMDA a limited permission to store, copy, review, and internally share it only as needed to evaluate, respond to, and operate the inquiry or resulting project.
Submitting material does not by itself create an exclusive relationship or a separate confidentiality agreement. AWARMDA will handle non-public inquiry material for the stated business purpose and under applicable duties, but a specific NDA should be signed before sending information that requires negotiated confidentiality terms.
Do not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, deceptive, export-restricted, or unnecessary personal material; credentials; executable code; or content you are not authorized to disclose. Do not bypass security controls, probe private routes, interfere with the service, or misrepresent identity or authority.
AWARMDA aims to keep the site accurate and available but does not promise uninterrupted access or that general website content is complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, AWARMDA is not responsible for decisions made solely from unvalidated website information or for indirect losses arising only from site availability.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Rights and remedies in an applicable signed agreement remain unaffected.
These website terms and disputes arising only from website use are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without overriding mandatory rules that apply by law. The parties should first try to resolve a dispute through good-faith discussion. If unresolved, it may be submitted to a people's court with jurisdiction at the operator's domicile.
AWARMDA will not change these terms without notice. The current version displays its effective date and a visible change notice will identify future revisions. Continued use after a notified revision takes effect applies the revised terms to later site use, not retroactively to an existing written contract.
